Tanya Yodis is the founder and CEO of Sense of Peace, LLC. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner who has spent her entire adult life caring for others. While in high school, Tanya started her first job as a Personal Care Assistant at an assisted living facility, while also attending BCTC ‘s Health Occupations program. After graduating high school, Tanya continued her career working as a Certified Nursing Assistant at a local hospital and in skilled nursing communities. As her passion for others grew, she attended Penn State’s Nursing Program and graduated, Valedictorian of her class. After working for numerous types of agencies, pediatrics, hospice and home health, she wanted to start her own agency which gave her the opportunity to build a reputable and professional business to help keep seniors at home. Not only is Tanya the successful owner of a Home Care Agency, an employer of over 100 of the best caregivers in Berks County, she is also the wife of a 2nd Generation Lineman, mother of two amazing children and 3 fur babies.

Ariel is our Care Coordinator. Ariel has 8 years of health care experience and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She has been with Sense Of Peace Home Care since 2017. Ariel is very passionate about taking care of people and she hopes to one day become a registered nurse. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, which includes 4 fur babies, along with spending time outdoors and reading.

Brittany is a huge patient advocate with over 10 years of experience in healthcare and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She is the face of our agency in the field as the Community Liaison. She has come to our team with resources that will benefit our clients to fulfill a quality of life supported by our passionate caregivers. She is a mom of 2 little boys, Dalton and Bryson. Brittany enjoys spending time with her family and fur babies, Nike and Barkley. She is currently training Barkley to be a certified therapy dog. On her off time, she enjoys traveling to new locations or curling up on the couch binge watching Law and Order.

Jessica is our Training and Development Manager. With 26 years' experience in healthcare, numerous certifications and outstanding achievement awards, Jessica found her passion in helping others enhance their skill level to provide excellent care for those in need. She started with Sense of Peace Home Care, formally Peace of Mind, part time 7 years ago, and recently she came onboard full time to use her knowledge to impact those around her. Some of Jessica’s job duties include executing staff training and development, assisting a smooth transition from hospital/rehab to home, and routine check in assessments with both client and employee. Jessica’s goal is to implement a program that helps our clients maintain optimal function, reducing hospitalization rates and increased quality of life at home. In her free time, Jessica obtained her life and nutrition coaching certification, has 2 fur babies, and a salt water fish tank. She enjoys reading, cooking, baking, working out, taking nature walks, traveling, going to new restaurants, spontaneous adventures, refurbishing old furniture, painting, and most of all spending time with her family and grand babies.

Jessica is our Human Resources Director and a licensed Social Worker with over 12 years of experience in healthcare. Jessica's social work career has focused on supporting senior adults access care throughout Berks County as a trauma social worker, a CCRC clinical liaison, an account executive for in-home health care and most recently helping individuals navigate long-term care planning, Medicare coverage, and employer-sponsored benefits. Her foundation in social work, centered on empathetic listening, effective communication, and strengths-based advocacy, aligns closely with our culture of compassion, positivity, and growth. She is dedicated to being a resource for our team and onboarding caregivers that embody our core values of commitment, expertise and reliability. Jessica is the mother of 2 beautiful daughters, and her husband, Lee, works in our community assessing and connecting seniors with resources. They enjoy traveling as a family to warm and sunny destinations- making memories to last a lifetime!   

Alexis is a Scheduling Coordinator and brings 8 years of healthcare experience. She is bubbly, compassionate, and a huge team player. She is passionate about helping others, especially the geriatric population. Alexis is a pure soul who loves to connect with our clients and their families. She is a proud mother of a beautiful little girl, Loveayah. During her off time, she loves to spend time with her family, spending time in nature and embracing her Italian nationality. 

Isabel is a Scheduling Coordinator and an accounting student with a knack for organization. She combines her eye for detail with her love for planning and keeping things running smoothly. When she's not buried in spreadsheets or organizing calendars, you'll find her exploring new places or enjoying some quality time with her four-legged Frenchie bestie. She's super passionate and brings her positive outlook on life to work every single day. 

Najayi is a Scheduling Coordinator with 3 years of caregiving experience with our agency. She is a fur mama to her Yorkie, Cobe, who she enjoys taking long walks around the neighborhood. She enjoys exploring new places and trying new hobbies. She has a love for cooking and her favorite dish to make is pasta. She has always had a passion for helping others. Najayi or some call her Nie, is the calm presence to the constant chaos in home care.
